Decoupage on Papier-Mâché

These papier-mâché items are painted with Plus Color Craft paint. Then decoupage paper is glued onto the papier-mâché items with VTR adhesive. Foam rubber flowers and wooden wheels are used for decoration.

1. Paint the papier-mâché with Plus Color Craft paint.
2. Tear small pieces of decoupage paper and glue them onto the the papier-mâché with VTR adhesive or decoupage lacquer.
3. Paint a saddle on the papier-mâché using Art Metal gold paint.
4. Paint the wheels and the crown.
5. Glue the wheels and crown onto the the papier-mâché.
6. Use a marker pen for adding extra details.
