Doodling on Porcelain Mugs

This white porcelain mug is decorated with a pattern using the doodling technique, applied using a black glass & porcelain contour marker. The decoration is then fixed in an ordinary household oven.

How to do it Download the templates/recipes
1. Mark off an area for the decoration on the mug, using a ruler and a pencil.
2. Use a black glass & porcelain contour marker for tracing the lines, making a clear “band” all the way around the mug.
3. Now fill in the band with a doodling pattern made with a black glass & porcelain marker, using your imagination.
4. Let the decoration dry for a minimum of four hours before fixing the mug in the oven for 90 minutes at 160°C.
