How to do it Download the templates/recipes
1 Cut out a cape, a collar and a mask from card using the template available as a PDF file on this page – or cut out using your imagination. Glue the cut-out parts onto a long wooden ice lolly stick using a glue stick.
2 Add cut-out eyes or googly eyes and decorate the cape etc. with glitter glue.
